SHIPPING INFORMATION & POSTAGE RATES

- Order multiple items at one time to get the best deal on shipping.
- To view the total cost of your order with postage, add your selections to the cart and enter your address.
- Your order is not final until you complete the checkout through Paypal.
- Most orders include a tracking number & computer printed shipping label.
NOTICE: As of Jan 21st 2018 there is no tracking on orders of only one patch shipping to customers outside the USA. We will resume adding tracking to these type of orders as soon as the USPS changes their policy again.
- All orders for in stock items are shipped on the next business day.
- All orders are packed in waterproof padded bubble mailers or sturdy cardboard mailers for 7″ EPs, LPs, books and larger orders.
- In most cases a Double CD set still counts as a single CD for shipping purposes.
- OUTSIDE USA: Jewel Case CDs can be shipped in cardboard without cases if you want to add more CDs to your order but not pay extra shipping for the plastic cases. Contact Us with your choices for a custom no-case order.
- Buttons / Pins ship free but you must order them with a Tape, CD, Tshirt, etc. they can’t be shipped alone due to USPS regulations.

INSIDE USA
8 oz $4 up to three Cassettes, three Digipak CDs, two Jewel Case CDs, two 7 ” EPs or ten patches, etc.
T-shirts & Die-Hard Bundles $5
LP / Book / Large CDs & Tape orders MEDIA MAIL $5 first 3 pounds +$1 each additional pound.
* Note: T-shirts & patches can not be sent Media Mail and must be shipped separately first class or priority mail.

CANADA

Over 4 pounds (2 KG) $50+ orders over 4 pounds must ship Worldwide Priority Mail.

RETURNED, REFUSED OR ABANDONED ORDERS
If your package is returned because of an undeliverable address or delivery is refused at the address you supplied to us, then you will be notified by email that your order was returned and you will be able to arrange for a reshipment.
Reshipment will incur a new shipping fee, so be sure to enter your full address correctly the first time and that the address matches your PayPal address, this is the exact address we will be printing on your shipping label.
If you decide against a reshipment you will be refunded for the cost of items only, since the original postage was already used in the initial delivery attempt.

CUSTOMS, VAT, IMPORT DUTY, ETC.
As importer you agree to all fees due to your customs department when you order items to your country. We do not collect any taxes, except in the case of sales tax for Minnesota residents, where we are located.
